New Series: Cokebottle Waist Training With Tami πŸ’•πŸ’–πŸ’•

Hi girls! Today I will be discussing a pretty popular trend going on in this day and age. Some/most of you have probably seen pictures on instagram, or heard of the fad in the magazines- Waist Training. Kim K started using the Ane Chery trainer not too long ago and now her and her sisters have been sporting them at the gym & while they’re out and about, snapping tiny-waisted pictures that have gone viral on insta. Some other celebs have fallen in love with the jaw dropping results as well.. Such as: Jessica Alba, Jwoww, Kylie Jenner, Lily James, Amber Rose, Snookie & Kim Zociak and more. Clearly these celebs have seen a difference after wearing the Β trainers, otherwise they wouldn’t bother forcing themselves into these itty bitty little things. And we have seen the differences for ourselves in those “too tiny to be true” photos all over the web! Guess who jumped on the bandwagon? That’s right, me! I’m gonna take you through a long journey consisting of what changes I noticed and how long it took to notice them, how I feel about waist training overall, the pros and cons, if it’s dangerous, what it baisically does to your body etc..! So ladies; if any of you have been or are curious to get to know more about training your waist, please do keep reading and feel free to ask any questions in my comments! 😘❀️ Also, I wanted to say that I personally think all shapes and sizes are beautiful. The reason I wanted to do this post is for people who have heard of this and may have been interested in it like I am so they can learn more about it. If you are uninterested in all of this please do not continue reading!

So I decided to go ahead and order the “Official Kim K Sport Three Row Hook Trainer” $70.00 USD HERE. by Ane Chery off of Bombshell Bunny Curve’s website. She has been spotted wearing this exact same trainer in the color blue, so obviously that’s the way to go to make sure you get one that is super effective & not a cheap chinese knock off that wont last and wont be as durable. They also offer a Sport Two Row Hook Trainer, which is giving you one less row to cinch your waist baisically. I chose the three row so I could get how you say, more bang for my buck.πŸ’Έ When it says Sport, it means the material is stretchy enough for you to wear to work, to the gym & even to bed. You can bend over and side to side with slight difficulty. Making this a great choice if you workout often or spend a lot of time on your feet at work/home. Β

Now, above is a photo of me wearing my Purple Sport 3 Row Trainer on day #1. On their website, they have a size chart to help you determine the perfect size to buy for you. They say do notΒ order a size smaller because they run small as is. I ordered the size small, and was unsure after I had ordered it. Once out of the bag I was even more doubtful, but it fits perfectly despite how tiny it looked. I have extra wide hip bones and large breasts so cinching my waist will be extremley noticable if I continue to do it. If you can get it on with difficulty, and still be able to breathe it is the right size for you. I’m not joking about getting in on with difficulty, it’s gonna be tough at first. You may need another person to help. But you should not be in physical pain at all. I can just shove one finger in between my trainer and rib cage, I think if you can’t do that or if you can fit two, it mat be way too small or big for you to work effectively and safely. If you order from bombshell bunny curves, they allow one size exchange incase you buy the wrong size. Other sites do not offer exchanges.

Another option that Bombshell Bunny Curves offers you is the “Aggressive Latex Trainer.” $72.00 USD- HEREΒ This trainer is not considered Sport/Active, and will not allow as much free mobility as the Sport does. It is also slightly longer and covers more of your torso maing for a tighter fit. I did not purchase this one, so I cannot give you my honest opinion about it. What I can tell you is that it’s much harder to put on, it’s more uncomfortable to be in, you won’t want to wear it as often, but results are faster & more aggresive. (Gathered from extensive research) If you wanted to, you could go with their bundle package that includes one three row active trainer and one three row aggresive latex trainer HERE for $130.00 USD. But I did not see the point in this, from reviews and research it seems like the sport gives just as noticible & quick results. πŸ‘πŸΌ

Here is a sport trainer on the Left, and an Aggressive Latex on the Right. Sport comes in many colors/patterns (black, pink, purple, blue, cheetah etc.) While the latex comes only in black.

So now onto the typical FAQ’s about waist training…

How long do I need to wear my trainer each day to see results?Β

It is stated that you should be wearing your waist trainer 6-8 hours a day. Some women will wear them when they sleep as well to get it to ‘work faster’, but I would not do this personally. I wear it mon-fri from 7am-4pm which is 9 hours a day. Then on weekends I will wear it for 4 hours each day. Also i’ll put it on for any and all workout time because it strengthens your core and tightens your stomache muscles while your exercising, making the noticable results more long term.

Will it harm my organs?Β

No. Waist training will not harm or damage your organs so long as you take it step by step and you don’t try to force yourself into a size that’s way too small for you… You can’t rush this otherwise you can hurt yourself. Also, being cautious while exercising is important. You do not want to hurt yourself or push yourself too hard while wearing a trainer. Your ribcage and insides are being trained to sit in a more feminine, appealing, & tighter knit fashion. Not much different from corsets back in the day.

Depicted above is a trained waist on the left, and an untrained waist on the right.

I’m impatient, How long untill I will start to see the results?

Eveyone will notice a smaller waist once you physically put on your trainer at first. It gives you a cinched hourglass figure constantly while it’s on. Some will see results without their trainer off, within the first 2-4 weeks. Some in months. It depends on your body type and over health and condition when you first begin. It will take longer for really untrained tummies, and not so long for those who are already somewhat shapely and fit.

Can I wear this under a dress to make me look thinner for example?

Yes! The sport trainer I have is virtually undetectable beneath my clothes. I usually wear pretty form fitting items. You should have no trouble wearing it under a dress, it will give you a lovely curvy shape.

What is it supposed to feel like?

Putting on your trainer for the first time will seem like a difficult task. The sensation you should be feeling once it is all hooked up is: as if you were sucking in your stomache to the point of getting cramps. If you feel anything other than a cramping/tight held-in sensation, something is wrong and you could possibly harm yourself. There should be no light headedness, no rib, hip or back pain, no difficulty breathing, no bruises after removing it. Know the difference between discomfort and pain. Discomfort is totally normal, pain is not. After wearing it for the first 4 hours, your back/ribs may feel a bit restless or tense/cramped. Take deep breathes, feeling your ribcage expand, and arch your back while reaching up towards the sky into a nice strecth- this should help relieve that unusual feeling. Power through this because it is just the necessary adjustments/training your waist is adapting to. After the first week or so you will not experience as much discomfort after wearing it for long periods of time.

Am I limited to only standing & exercising?

Of course not! Many girls say they can drive, cook, clean house and shop till they drop while wearing their trainers. It all depends on your comfort level with said activity.

Why can’t I sit down normally while wearing my trainer?

Waist trainers force-fix posture. It is going to force you to stand and sit straight if you want to be comfortable wearing it. If your trainer is completely hooked, and you have real difficulty sitting down, unbutton the last three lower hooks and see if it feels better. 😁

Overall Impression:

I am in love and so enthused to continue this process. I have heard it helps back pain over time, which would really benefit me since I have 4 herniated discs in my lower back. It feels wonderful when it’s on, I like the seriously tight sensation it makes my tummy feel nice and flat and I can already tell it’s working. I am going to check back in with you guys about this series, with before and after photos when I hit row 2!

I hope you guys enjoyed this post, feel free to leave comments/questions for me! Love you all 😘❀️

Tony Moly Sheet Masks: The Reasons Behind The Fruits & Veggies πŸŒπŸ…πŸ‹πŸ“

Hi ladies! 😘 Recently when I was online shopping, I decided I wanted to get some skin/face products. I love trying masks of all sorts, my skin always feels great afterwards and it always leaves me searching for more delightful masks to try! πŸ’– That’s when I realized I have been wanting to try the Tony Moly brand. Some of you have probably seen or heard of it before now…

I purchased a 10 pack off of amazon.com and they were kind enough to send 11. 😁 I believe this cost me $7.00-$8.00 USD. Some of these different kinds have me really excited to put them on my face lol… Such as the red wine mask, avocado & also seaweed πŸ’• My kind of masks πŸ˜‰πŸ· Each mask serves a different benefit for your skins health. Let’s discuss them!

First up we have the Tea tree “Skin Soothing” mask. Tea tree oil is very healing & soothing to your skin and is very beneficial. It can help with acne and problemed skin. If you have painful acne or irritated pop ups this would definitely be the mask you’d want to use! 🌿

Next is the Pomegranate “Elasticity” mask. These one is pretty self explanatory, it’s going to tighten & firm your facial skin giving you a more youthful appearance. But the reason behind the fruit base, is because using/eating pomegranate helps with cell regeneration and strengthens & protects skin cells. It also boosts collagen production aiding in skin elasticity. Some people take pomegranate based vitamins for this.

This one is the Lemon Skin “Brightening” mask. Lemon is beneficial to skin because it can lighten dark spots & areas. It also lightens the skin to an even tone naturally because it is an astringent fruit, and has natural bleaching properties. πŸ‹πŸŒž

This is the Tomato “Radiance” mask. People who drink tomato juice are contributing to their skins radiance! It is an excellent source of lycopene, which protects your skin from sun damage keeping it smooth and youthful. Tomato is also used for acne and dark spots. πŸ…

Here is one of my favorites already, the Red Wine “Pore Care” mask. Resveratrol is an antioxidant found in grapes, red wine & chocolate thay scientists have proved to be strong anti-inflammatories & have other healing properties as well. Making it great for clearing problemed skin. 🍷Let’s raise our glass to that!

Next one I was so excited to recieve was this Avocado “Nutrition” mask. High in vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, potassium, vitamin B5 & B6 and vitamin E, you can see how good it can be for your skin. 😁

This is the Aloe “Moisturizing” mask. I am a huge fan of ALL aloe vera masks. My skin has never felt softer than after letting my face drink up aloe. πŸŒ±πŸ’• It helps soften dead skin cells and aid in their removal, revealing healthy hydrated skin. πŸ‘ΈπŸ» Opposite to that, it helps cell regeneration as well. Β Proven to delay signs of aging.

Here’s another interesting one, a Broccoli “Vitality” mask. The credit for keeping your skin glowing and young goes to expert antioxidants like beta-carotene and vitamin-C, as well as other helpers like vitamin B complex, vitamin E (the one that gives shine to your skin and hair while reviving skin tissues), vitamin A & K, omega 3 fatty acids (adds glamor), amino acids and folate present in the broccoli. They all help to take very good care of your skin and leave it glowing, healthy, and radiant. Furthermore, glucoraphanin, one of the phytonutrients found in significant amounts in broccoli, has been connected with reversing the negative effects of sun exposure, so you can turn back the clock on your skin by eating plenty of this beneficial green veggie!

This is the Rice “Clear Skin” mask. Β Rice water is rich in beauty nutrients that make both your hair and skin look fantastic. It is also rich with minerals highly beneficial to your overall skins health. 🍚 This will give you clear & glowing skin!

Another favorite of mine, seaweed masks!!! This is a Seaweed “Skin Purifying” mask. Rich in vitamins and minerals, it can be eaten or applied directly to the skin as a strengthening agent and exfoliant! Β  Seaweed’s natural, anti-inflammatory compounds can have a positive effect on acne as well.

img_2423-2
Lastly, we have the Makgeolli “Skin Purifying” mask. Makgeolli is a slightly sweet alcoholic beverage native to Korea. It is made from rice or wheat mixed with nuruk, a Korean fermentation starter. How would that help skin you say? It is full of amino acids and vitamin B, which firm and brighten skin! πŸ˜„

Alrighty, well I hope you enjoyed this babes! If you ever want to try out Tony Moly, now you atleast know what masks may be right for your skin type. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜˜ Leave thoughts & comments! Keep tuned for lots more posts- new brand reviews, look & smell good enough to eat bath products, tutorials & a new waist training series I will be starting! 😍 Xoxo

How I paint my blank full coverage fake nails! πŸ’…πŸΌ

Hey ladies! 😘❀️ I’m back again with a quick tutorial for you girls on how I usually paint my blank fake nails. Like these:

I for one am no good at painting my fingernails. I will make a mess lol 😞 I’m usually never satisfied with how it turns out either, and I tend to mess up my mani every single time by touching them to something, as if I were cursed. πŸ˜‚But now i’ve solved my messy, frustrating situations by painting them off my hand, let me show you what I mean! Some of you may have already figured this out, but I thought it’d make for a nice post. πŸ‘πŸΌ

Starting off, I filed each nail into a nice point because they didn’t come very sharp at all. This is the time consuming part, but it’s worth it to make nice, sharp talons.

Secondly, I prepped my nails. Filed them down and lightly filed the surfaces of my nails to give the fake ones something to hold onto better.

Next, I started assembling my helpful q-tip tool for holding the nails while I apply the nail polish!

Pretty simple right? Just roll a little short peice of tape, stick it to the q-tip, and then press the nail onto it. Then all you have to do is paint them! Like so:

Here is a close up picture of how sharp I filed these ones compared to how they came… That white nail below the pink is an original, pretty round right?

Now that you have your nails painted flawlessly, you’re probably going to want to use a pair of tweezers to pull off the little pieces of tape after removing the q-tips. Then simply glue them to your nails and enjoy! A picture perfect, inexpensive manicure. That box of 500 fake nails cost me only $10.00 USD on amazon.com and I already owned everything else πŸ‘πŸ»

What do you think? Leave me your thoughts and comments babes ❀️ Keep tuned for some new awesome brands i’ll be sharing with you! Have a beautiful night.

Ipsy Glam Bag Review 2016! πŸ’–

Hi dolls! I missed you! I haven’t talked to you sweeties in a while. I am so sorry I have neglected my blogging, just started a second job and i’m working 40 + hours a week now and I just haven’t had time to come on here and type my fingers off.. πŸ˜₯ I truly apologize girls, and I am going to seriously get back onto my precious beauty blog and bring you guys more stuff to read and tutorials to try, new brandsΒ to fall in love with, all of that great beautiful stuff! πŸ‘„ I really hope you all understand and will keep looking into my blog every once and while to check for new posts! Today, I recieved my Ipsy Feb 2016 glambag. So it was a perfect way to motivate me to sit my butt down and blog.

Let’s get started!

The first two items I want to review with you beauties is the SMASHBOX photo finish primer oil & a gorgeous naked cosmetics mica loose pigment shadow in “Sierra Nevada” that I recieved.

The mineral eyeshadow from naked cosmetics has a beautiful shimmer and velvety feel to it. It is super easy to apply and shows up nice and pigmented on the first swipe. It is full of beautiful sparkels & shine that do not show up truly in the picture above.. But this is a very dreamy, earth tone, light catching mocha brown shade. I am in love. Perfect for everyday glam. πŸ’•

As for the SMASHBOX photo finish primer oil, this is pretty much a product based soley for dry skin. I have really healthy normal skin that is dewy- just mildly moist but not dry whatsoever, so unfortunately I can’t use this nice product. I can tell by the crazy slick & typical oily consistency that it wont sit well with my skin, so I am not even gonna risk it. Other women who have dry skin in need of some moisture; this product claims to reduce the appearance of fine lines caused by dryness, increase moisture in 4 weeks, and creates an ideal canvas for applying makeup as well. So this just might work perfectly for you! 😁

Next up, I was sent a mini Vintage by Jessica Liebeskind lipgloss in the shade “Pink Sequin,” and a pink Luxie flat definer shadow brush.

The gloss:Β

  • Β Smells cheap
  • Tastes strange
  • Gritty texture

Other than these unwanted traits, it’s a gorgeous pretty light pink champagne color. It’s a shame I wont be using it becuase of it’s noticable cheap quality and scent.

The brush:

  • Gorgeous pink handle
  • Very precise flat tip
  • No loose hairs at all

This seems to be a really great quality brush, always love recieving new ones to play with! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’• Thanks Ipsy!

The last product I was sent is this Perfectly Posh- Best Face Forever Pepermint, Grapefruit and Aloe Vera Exfoliating Face Mask. This mask seriously smells minty and incredibly refreshing, it has large exfoliating sugar grains that definitely gets the job done when it comes to shaving off all those lame dead skin cells revealing new, soft and vibrantly healthy appearing skin. I like the combonation of the pepermint and aloe vera, it makes for a very soothing combination and spa-like experience! πŸ’†πŸ» I am giving this face wash product a chance, even though these normally turn me off.

Thanks for reading babes, missed you all so much! 😘 Leave me some comments and thoughts. I really hope to hear from some of you. Untill next time ladies! πŸ’‹
